Legal
Terms of Use
Last updated: June 16, 2026
These terms apply to Stelvio, the social app for motorcyclists. Stelvio helps riders discover scenic roads, plan rides, save routes, build a rider profile, manage a garage, explore clubs, collect road badges, and share motorcycle route experiences.
Responsible Riding
Motorcycle riding involves serious risk, including injury, death, property damage, changing weather, road closures, traffic, and mechanical failure. You are responsible for riding legally, safely, and appropriately at all times.
Stelvio does not encourage speeding, racing, illegal riding, reckless riding, or unsafe behavior. Always follow traffic laws, road signs, closures, local regulations, and your own judgment.
Routes and Guidance
Routes, route guidance, distance, timing, elevation, recommendations, GPX files, road context, and ride information may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unsuitable for your motorcycle, skill level, road conditions, or local laws.
Stelvio should not replace rider judgment, official road signs, traffic laws, closure notices, emergency instructions, or legal obligations.
Safe App Use
Do not interact with the app while riding unless it is legal and safe to do so. Stop somewhere safe before reviewing, changing, importing, exporting, recording, or sharing route information.
No Racing or Unsafe Competition
Stelvio challenges, badges, profile progress, clubs, and community features are intended for exploration, consistency, route completion, and rider engagement. Do not use Stelvio for illegal racing, unsafe speed competition, reckless riding, or harassment of other road users.
User Content
You are responsible for routes, GPX files, ride activity, profile information, garage details, photos, comments, club content, badges, reports, and any other content you upload, save, or share through Stelvio.
Do not submit unlawful, unsafe, infringing, abusive, misleading, privacy-invasive, or harmful content. Only upload, import, or share route details and media that you have the right to use, and avoid exposing another rider's private locations without consent.
Clubs and Community
Use clubs, followers, comments, profiles, and social features respectfully. Do not harass, impersonate, threaten, spam, or abuse other riders. Stelvio may limit or remove content or account access to protect riders and the service.
Service Changes
Features, availability, map behavior, route calculations, account tools, and data handling may change as Stelvio evolves. Some features may be limited, paused, changed, or removed to improve reliability, safety, privacy, or compliance.
Account Deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting support@stelvioapp.com. Account deletion is permanent and may not immediately remove anonymized, aggregated, security, backup, or legally retained records.
