Delete Your Account
Account deletion is permanent. Deleted accounts cannot be restored. This page explains how to request deletion, what is deleted, what may remain, and expected handling for verified requests.
Email Support
To request account deletion, email support@stelvioapp.com from the email address linked to your Stelvio account.
Include Account Context
Include your rider name, account email, device model, app build number if available, and any details that help us verify and process the request.
What Is Deleted
Deletion removes or detaches account-linked personal data where practical, including account identifiers, rider profile information, garage entries, saved routes, ride activity, route history, badges, preferences, and account-linked support identifiers.
What May Remain
Some records may remain for a limited period if they are anonymized, aggregated, required for security, needed to prevent abuse, retained in backups, required by law, or part of another rider's independent content.
Expected Handling
Stelvio aims to complete account deletion within 30 days of a verified request. Backup and audit copies may take longer to expire according to retention schedules.
Permanent Action
Deleting your account is permanent. You may lose your rider profile, garage, saved routes, ride activity, clubs, badges, account preferences, and any account-linked feature access.
